The South
East Wales Waste Forum is led by a Steering Group of councillors from the
11 local planning authorities in the region.
One councillor officially represents each local planning authority on the
Steering Group. In some cases, two councillors attend to reflect both planning
and waste management perspectives. However, in decision-making each local
planning authority has one vote.
